Tastes great and my Naturopath approves! We use it in muffins, loaves, smoothies, frozen desserts and add it to vegan yogurt and overnight oats.
A tiny bit chalky but that’s to be expected. Great flavour. Love that there are no gums.
I rarely write reviews but this is a superior plant protein. I like my protein drinks straight up with water and I drink it all in one shot. Everything I’ve tried previously is either too sweet or so thick it makes me gag. This is the first protein blend that I actually like. Taste is mild and texture is well dissolved. Mixes up easily in my mason jar.
I have a good experience with plain nutrition and their products. As a homeopath and a person with autoimmune issues, I find for myself and clients that the products sold (I’ve used about 10 different ones over the years) are clean, safe, reliable, and effective to reach the health goals we have. Sometimes getting pre-teens to eat a well rounded breakfast is a challenge. We first tried the the vanilla whey protein that is very tasty and smooth in our morning smoothies. However our youngest had a slight breakout due to his intolerance to dairy. We have now switched over to the Vanilla Vegan protein powder and we are all back to enjoying our smoothies. So happy with the ingredients and nutrition values. Thank you for what you do.
