Directions:

I’m someone who consumed Vega One every morning for many years, but for a number of reasons recently decided to try something else. Plain has turned out to be better on almost every measure. I’ve added a vitamin D supplement because Plain doesn’t put vitamins in their product, but that’s also part of what I like about it: it’s real food. I feel great using it, which is ultimately the most important thing. Will be ordering again!

The only thing I don’t like about is the natural flavour ingredient. I think next time I will just order the plain powders and add my own flavours. But besides that I think that it is a great product. It is so hard to find a protein powder that doesn’t have a lot of ingredients. I also love that it is made in Canada.
The smell is not pleasant. You can taste the lentils. Good for protein balls.

The chocolate flavour mixes well and is deliciously satisfying.
The only protein powder I have been able to drink with just water.
It blends well and leaves no residue in the bottom of the blender bottle. Doesn’t leave a film on my teeth like others I have tried and tastes great! It satisfies my hunger pains when I don’t have the time to prepare a meal or great for a pick me up between meals.
If additives cause you migraines you want to try this product, well because it’s just Plain Nutrition, no additives! No triggers! Just good nutrition!
